Puff stitch (2dcpf)

This technique creates a puffed out stitch using 2 dc combined into on (2dcpf).

1. To make a puff out of 2 dc, first yarn over (yo).​​​​

3. Yo over again (4 loops on the hook).

5. To bring the loops together yo a final time and pull through all 5 loops on your hook.

2. Insert your hook into the next stitch and yo again and pull through the stitch so it is that same height as the other loops. There should be 3 loops on your hook.

4. Insert your hook into the same stitch as step 2, yo over and pull through the stitch to same height as rest of loops. There should be 5 loops on your hook.

The puff stitch is complete.  The next stitch you make will secure the loops firmly together.
